I have one phone (extensions 111 and 121) that keeps dropping off the system. First it shows an error (an XML error in the graphic it should be loading for the screen), then it refuses to connect at all after a reboot. Then I grab another phone (all Polycom IP560s) and configure that and things are fine for a while (2-3 months). Then it happens again. The old phone is fine once reconfigured, and I’ve swapped out the cable, the network jack and plugged into a different switch (we have two PoE switches). And it’s always just this one. No idea what is causing it. I attached the last 500 lines (minus one extra call to me) in case anyone else has any ideas.
