On Demand Recordings Don't Display on Web

I have made a few on-demand recordings of calls today. And I do not have an icon showing up in the Monitor column of the User Portal.

Files do exist within /var/spool/asterisk/monitor with .wav extensions.

Yes this is typical for FreePBX Call Recordings.
