Hello is there a way to automatically change the destination on the ivr to a diffrent ext? I have a 4 man oncall rotation that changes every week. My afterhours ivr say press 4 for the oncall tech. I have to go in every monday and change the destination ext in the ivr. I dont mind purchasing a commercial module, if one has this feature. I read threw them all and I didnt see any that would fit.
A common way to accomplish this is to use a Queue and log whomever is on call into and out of the queue.
that still requires me to log someone in and out. Im looking for an automatic way or even calendar based
