Office 365 from freepbx blocked?

I am trying to setup voicemail to email using office 365 and it will not connect. I get this error:

postfix/smtp[44061]: connect to smtp.office365.com[2603:1036:d02:7::2]:587: Network is unreachable

You would need an end to end connection over ipv6. Have you so provided that route ?

I have not. I am sure I am missing where that is located. I don’t see it in the receive connector

ipV6 is a little like chan_pjsip, basically a good idea, but just not ready for PrimeTime, sooner or later your ISP/VSP will have hand of IPv6 to IPv4, unless every router between supports ipV6, (good luck with that)

Most folks do, most VSP/ISP’s do, why have you apparently disabled IPv4 ? Personally I generally disable IPv6 for internet access.

How do I disable IPv6 in the pbx?
