Off Hook Auto Dial FreePBX AASTRA 9133i

I have a phone in a lobby I would like to auto dial when off hook and also lock down outside calling. Can I use an Action URI? I’m green when it comes to FreePBX and AASTRA can anyone point me to a step by step?

Not familiar with that model, but other aastra models have autodial number and autodial timeout settings under global sip settings for this.

There are prob a dozen difft ways of limiting access, I would prob do it by setting the phone ‘local dial plan’
