Notify abandoned calls from queue to email

In FreePBX 13, if there is an option to receive mail on a missed call from the queue?
Also if it can have this options for extensions and ring groups.

There should be a commercial module for that. If the commercial module doesn’t have that, you can always request an enhancement through the normal Issues process.

The information is all there, so if you wanted to write one yourself, I’m sure that could be done as well (if the notification part is the only thing you need).

For the price of the module, you might be money ahead getting it rather than spend a lot of money on development and testing time.
