so, the subject is long but here’s the gist. In the USA, some states require 2 side consent for recording (both calling and caller). an attorney recently asked that any outgoing call connect to the far end , play a quick message (this call is from company xxx and is recorded for training and quality purposes) then connect to the far end user.
i understand custom dial plans, but this one is a bit more difficult. anyone out there with ideas/already done this/looking for a few bucks on contract???
