Not receiving calls - cheked at port 5060 not open, how to open it?

I am unable to receive calls on my new PBXiaF system.

I put the system in the DMZ zone of my router but it still does not help.
I checked to see if the local IP address of the system had port 5060 open, and it doesnt, could that be causing the problems? If yes, how do I open it.
