Not getting the voicemail sound file attachment

Just go this PBX setup brand new system. FreePBX 14.0.13.40, Asterisk 13.36.0

I am getting email notifications for new voicemails, but the sound (.WAV) files are not getting attached. Anybody have any ideas?
