Not Able to Create Inbound and Out Bound Call

Hi, I have received Configuration file from My Service Provider as Below mentioned:-
WAN IP: 100.XX.XXX.XX,
Sunet Mask: 255.255.255.240,
Gateway: 100.XX.XXX.XX
SBC IP : 100.XX.XXX.X
Pilot Number:- 322435XXXX
Start Number:- 322435XXXX
END Number:- 322435XXXX

We Are Using FreePBX. After Configuring we are getting error:-
[2024-11-12 17:00:04] WARNING[32028] res_pjsip_outbound_registration.c: Temporal response ‘500’ received from ‘sip:100.XX.XXX.X:5060’ on registration attempt to ‘sip:[email protected]:5060’, retrying in ‘60’

Not Able to understand . We are completely new in this software.

Systems like this, where the provider is also the ISP, generally do not use registration. Unless they supplied you with a username and password for the trunk, set Authentication to None and Registration to None, then retest.

HI, Thanks for solution. It is done with Registration to None. But not able to configure inbound and outbound call. DID is getting online and it is showing in “pjsip show auths” command.
