I am new to Freepbx. We are on FreePBX 18.104.22.168 which we just upgraded from 22.214.171.124. The issue I am having is that when test inbound routes I call the number from an extension you get a very short dial tone and then die air for 30 seconds then it disconnects. If I call with my cell phone it rings, hits the IVR, goes to the queue, then to the agent or voicemail. Has anyone else had this issue?
That is the way inbound routes work. They are only selected for inbound calls (from a service provider).
