Nortel i2002 Transfer Crash

Hello All,

I am having a fairly major problem with Nortel i2002 & i2004 phones and a FreePBX system.

FreePBX Version - 2.8.0.3
Asterisk Version - 1.4.35

While users are in a call they are able to press the transfer button once and call the intended target of the transfer however as soon as the transfer button is pressed a second time the system crashes.

Using the *2 transfer method works ok however with some fairly untechnical users this is becoming a pain point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If Asterisk is crashing, assuming you are using the Unistim channel, then you will have to check with Asterisk as it is most likely a bug in the chan_unistim module.

It will not have anything to do with FreePBX.
