NO Voice Over SSL or Site-to-Site VPN with Freepbx 15.0.16.72

hi, I have setup the free PBX 15.0.16.72, its work fine in the local network no issue,
but with SSL VPN or IP sec id does not work at all, softphone gets registered proper call also landing to another extension which is inside a network. NAT option is also select in Freepbx but this now audio, don’t know where is the issue.
Firewall device is a Fortigate 300E
it will be grateful if someone has a solution for this & will share the same.

Check on your IPSec FW rules and be sure RTP ports range Must be Allowed ( UDP 10K-20K )
Also If you make a PCAP will show you from where is base issue.
