I am unable to get into my voicemail from my desktop phone (cisco 7960). Asterisk responds with a password incorrect statement and asks for the password again. Looking at the asterisk log it appears that asterisk is not seeing the digits that I press…
– Incorrect password ‘’ for user ‘107’ (context = default)
My thoughts were dtmf, but I have tried the things that I have found suggested in the various posts with similar problems. Note, I can get to voicemail with a softphone and I can use touch tones for other purposes on my desktop phone (e.g. I can successfully enter the conference call specifics on an external conference call with the touch pad).
Any ideas?
