No sound during calls

Hi
We have a problem with our freepbx server.
We have configured an IVR and tried to make calls using xlite but we have two problems

  • Firstly We can make calls beetween 2 users but we didn’t hear any sound during the calls and when someone speaks we don’t hear anything.
    -Secondly when we call an IVR its responds but we didn’t hear any sound again.
    What can be the problem?

RTP ports not open or sip alg issue.

Did you set the local networks in your SIP Settings?
