No queue log event after sip transfer

We are unable to log Agent call transfers events in the queue_log. Can you please provide any suggestion like how to log Agent call transfers when dialed/received calls from queue.

These are only logged if its a Asterisk transfer meaning using a feature code. Otherwise Asterisk does not log the transfer if using a phone side transfer button.

Thanks for the reply. I used blind transfer by using feature code’##’ and am able to transfer the call but I didn’t see transfer event in queue. Please suggest on this…

Hi I am using asterisk version in freepbx and I tried using Blind transfer with Feature code and there is no Queue log event after sip transfer with Feature code ‘##’ Pleae provide respose.
