No Outbound calls using a new SIP trunk

Hi,
I’m looking for some help with an issue i have with making outbound calls with a new SIP trunk.
I have added the new trunk and it is registered ok and i can receive incoming calls fine.
When i place a call outbound the log shows the correct number going to the trunk but its saying its busy or congested.
I have put a comment in the extensions_custom.conf file but I’m not sure its running as the comment to load it in extensions.conf is showing #include extensions_custom.conf file.

Is this correct or do i need to remove the # ?

The # character in extensions files is not a comment. Rever that change.

Ok,

I have found out that my new trunk has not had the dial plan enables at the trunk provider. Fixed now and its working :slight_smile:
