No Outbound Audio On New Extension

I just added a new extension and it can place and receive calls, hear audio, but there is no outbound audio on that extension. Any ideas?

One way or no audio is usually a NAT issue.

Under Asterisk SIP Settings, did you specify your local network?

I have 19 other phones that been working fine for two years. It’s something specific to the new extension.

Unplug one of the working phones, provision the new phone as the unplugged one’s extension plugged into the same cable. . .
