No line Keys on the EPM for Grandstream GXV phones

I have been trying to get the Commercial EPM to play nice with my Grandstream GXV-3240 and GXV-3275 media phones with no success.
I have no option to setup more than one Line Presence or Extensions on the phones. That option just doesn’t exist for those model endpoints in the GUI of the Commercial EPM.

I can go to each individual phones and setup additional accounts and that does work however the next time the phone reboots or gets refreshed by the EMP, it wipes out the extra lines!
How do I have multiple extensions (same extension) appear automatically using the commercial EPM.

All the other Grandstream phones work just fine, just not their media phones.
