No extention email notifications after upgrade and new server

When using FreePBX 2.9 on old server whenever a voicemail came through, we’d get an email notification with wav file, but after upgrade to 2.11 and on new server, it seems to not be happening oddly.

per extention, we have status enabled, a voicement password, email address filled in,
email attachment = Yes
Play CID = No
Play Envelope = No
Delete Voicemail = No
VM Context = default

So I’m perplexed as to what I’m missing if any. Please advise.
