No Extensions Trunks and other after restore

Hi,
I’m trying to restore settings from a yesterday backup into a fresh new installed distro
Restore goes OK but with “Web Root restore not detected, not restoring module table” warning.
All settings seems to be restored but I have no extensions, trunks, queues, groups restored.
Yesterday backup was from an up to date distro/modules machine
I’ve always proceeded this way to restore with success.
Backup file includes:
..lock
.\astdb
.\manifest
.\manifest
.\mysql-3.sql

Why is this ? What should I check please ?

I tried to restore from an older (few days ago) backup, nothing, same behaviour
I also tried to restore a week old backup , it was done using the “Full Backup” template: same thing , no extension , trunks, groups, queues , outbound routes, all other things are restored
I also tried these restore reinstalling latest available distro from scratch, no luck
Am I doing a macroscopic error I’m not aware of ??
