I’m setting up several Polycom 450’s and one phone is giving me an issue. Not sure if it’s a FreePBX setting, a provisioning setting, or it’s a hardware problem.
If I select the extension button to open the line to speaker, I get a dial tone and am able to dial up as normal.
BUT…
If I pick up the handset, there is no dial tone yet I am able to dial out with no issues.
Thoughts?
