No device options shown when adding second extention

I have pretty much the same issues as in this thread

I did what he did by going to asterisk advanced and checked off show hidden options. I do not see why this should be a feature, when the options field, where the Secret password field as well as all the other fields are missing.
Running Sip Settings version 2.10.0.4
Core version 2.10.1.2

what else can be done?

Seems to have fixed the issue. The devices options are now showing.
