No CDR log

Hello, we have a problem.
In our company we have FreePBX with IVR. When client pushs 1 he is redirected to first extension, if pushs 2 he is redirected to second extension. In case of timeout or incorrect input the client is redirected to second extension.
The problem is that we do not see any cdr log entries when buttons are pushed.
Only in case of timeout or incorrect input we see cdr log pointing on second extension.
But we need cdr logs for both extensions when button is pushed.
How could we achieve this?

You should see an entry of the incoming call going to extension #1 or #2 depending on the option selected on the IVR. You won’t see any indication of the option selected on the IVR but you will see the final destination of the call if it’s an extension, a ring group, etc.

Sure, I tried to find it but with no luck. Its absent. No CDR showing destination for these calls.
Maybe we should turn it on somewhat?

What’s the requirement here? Do you need be able to log or generate reports on what callers are choosing in the IVR?
