No calls in or out on fresh pbx in a flash

I was using an old version of trixbox with the freepbx it came with… I just installed a new VM with the PBX-in-a-flash and made all my settings the same.

Now when I try to make an outgoing call I get “all circuits are busy”

and no call are coming in.

Anyone know what might be going on?

We need a little more information. Do you have an FXO board and if so did you install it on the new installation?
