No call history for a virtual extension

I have an inbound route that directs to a virtual extension. This extension is associated to a user in the UCP. When I login to that user, I do not see any call history.

There was another post about this but it got no answers too.

Can someone a hint to debug?

I’ve not logged in to test, but since a virtual extension can neither make nor receive a call, I would not expect to see any call history when logged into UCP.

But it has settings for the UCP
