No audio when calling from outside the internal network

Hi!

I would like to know what port I should open in my router at home to allow audio. When i connect my laptop directly to my modem, I have one way communication. If I keep the the proxy public address and connect to the vpn I get 2 way audio. I use XLite. I also have polycom 501, I cant hear sound as well. I have a DLINK 524.

I guess nobody cares. Everything was working fine before version Trixbox 2. Now nothing. I searched the forums and all I found 3 weeks ago did not help.
