No audio on SangomaConnect Desktop

First time configuring sangoma connect/talk. The mobile smartphone app is working great. However, I have no audio at all with the Sangoma desktop softphone. Not an issue with my computer audio or the audio settings in the sangoma phone, they test fine. No audio external or internal, including to the voicemail system. The computer the sangoma phone is on is a mac.

There are no warnings on the setup, I’m not sure what the issue could be. Audio in and out for all devices otherwise are just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t get it, all of my sip settings are fine. A regular softphone has not issues with nat, but sangoma phone call is trying to send RTP packets to the internal IP of my computer, not the external IP.
