No audio in Conference room


We are trying to use the Conferences module, but once the callers dials-in… there is no audio and they cannot hear each other.

I don’t see anything obvious in the logs. The audio seems to be “broken” as from here:

Anyone has an idea?

Forgot to mention: Once the callers hangup the call… the bridge (STARTMEETME app) remains up and I keep seeing the following notification:
