No audio in Conference room

Hi,

We are trying to use the Conferences module, but once the callers dials-in… there is no audio and they cannot hear each other.

I don’t see anything obvious in the logs. The audio seems to be “broken” as from here:

– <CBAnn/10002-00000110;1> Playing ‘/var/spool/asterisk/confbridge/confbridge-name-10002-1630955801.1697.slin’ (language ‘en’)
– <CBAnn/10002-00000110;1> Playing ‘conf-hasjoin.slin16’ (language ‘en’)
– Channel SIP/sbc01_out-0000010b joined ‘softmix’ base-bridge <2b5099a5-d582-47c1-a760-64c168aaf1bd>
– <CBAnn/10002-00000110;1> Playing ‘confbridge-join.slin16’ (language ‘en’)

Asterisk version: 18.5.0
Conference module version: 13.0.23.22
FPBX version: 14.0.16.11

Anyone has an idea?

Forgot to mention: Once the callers hangup the call… the bridge (STARTMEETME app) remains up and I keep seeing the following notification:

chan_sip.c:4411 __sip_autodestruct: Autodestruct on dialog ‘a8b3f704-89e9-123a-b68a-120e93b2579e’. Rescheduling destruction for 10000 ms
