No audio in calls

No audio is being sent (when I speak on both ends there’s no sound)
In the call statistics page, you can see that bytes are being sent but none recieved. Is this an issue with my settings?
How can I fix this?
Even on echo tests, I can’t hear myself back, only the echo test announcement, and then get hung up on.

Please help me with this as I can’t use freepbx with this issue!

In Asterisk SIP Settings check that External Address and Local Networks are correctly set. After Submit and Apply Config, you must restart Asterisk.
