I can’t make a call between two internal extensions (both registered with Zoiper) :
I have enabled “app_macro” in the menuselect but it’s still not working.
Do you have an idea ?

If you are new to FreePBX, you should install the distro, rather than building Asterisk from scratch.
If you have a good reason to build your own, please provide some details.
If you want to continue troubleshooting what you have, possibly this will help:
