No access to ssh and web

Having an issue can’t access ssh or web or connect by softphone repboot system good for few hours then dose it again not sure what would be the cause also say Failed to install node dependencies for the SmartOffice Module. Please run the install again. not sure where to go to install that or if it be a related issue
