Nexvortex Trunk Failure-Contact header port 5060 but invite header port 48638

Setting up a trunk with Nexvortex, but they are failing with chan_sip.c:23861 handle_response_invite: Received response: “Forbidden”.
My provider is saying that calls are failing to setup and authenticate and that I am sending the INVITEs from Port 48638 but my Contact Header has Port 5060”.
Is that a problem with my firewall (Sonicwall NSA220)?

If I was a betting man, I’d say that NAT is getting in your way.

make sure you have consistent nat set on the sonicwall. double check the udp timeout settings as well.

What should the UDP timeout be set to?

I usually set out to 180 or higher. Don’t forget to set the timers in the default lan to wan rule
