Newly Installed FreePBX But No IP Address Showing

I have just installed the freePBX on my other home computer. It had Win 10 in it and i5 processor. I have successfully installed the software but it only gives me mac address, no IP address to access the GUI.

My computer and others are connected to TPlink 16 port giga switch, both ends of the ethernet cable are lit up. Physical connection appears normal. I accessed the GUI of my switch. I could see my other computers connected but not the computer that has FreePBX. Restarting computer was done.

Log into the console of the FreePBX machine and run “dmesg | grep eth0” and see if your machine’s network card is supported in SNG7
