Newbie problem with incoming

I have a voipvoip trunk with an incoming DID. I’m using asterisk 1.7 with freepbx.
Outgoing is working, but with incoming I get a “netork difficulties” error from the pstn trying to call.

The only thing I see in the “full” log corresponding to the incoming call is

snooping the network I see a Request Invite incoming from voipvoip and a reply of
Status “401 Unauthorized” from asterisk.

Any help appreciated.

Solved, I was missing an “insecure=” command.
