Newbie - Keyboard entry is not recognized by outbound IVR

Hi I’m just starting with FreePBX.

Problem is that in case I have to make a choice (“press 1 for …”) receiving party does not recognize my keyboard input.

Any idea ??

Did you checked the DTMF settings?
