New user disapears from Sangoma Connect

Hi,

When I add a new Sangoma Connect user in FreePBX and sent her the invitation with login link,
this user is removed from Sangoma Connect. Before using the link, the user status is set to “pending” but never goes to “autenticated” and disapears from the list. She does receive the invitation but obviously the link does not work. I tried this over and over again. What to do ?
