New to this. Endpoint Manager Extensions Gone After Network Scan

I had to modify a ring group today. After that I was trying to check on a phone that had been having issues. I went and did a network scan and after clicking it I remembered that the system is on a different VLAN than the phones. Now when I go into Extension Mapping it shows no devices. I have an “apply config” lurking at the top that I will not click.

My question is could a network scan do that? or is something else going on? Additionally, does anyone have a quick solution to get all my phones back?
