New system - some outbound calls on PRI not going through

So we’ve been live on our FreePBX since Monday (on 3rd day today). Some outbound calls are not connecting/ringing destination. FreePBX connected to Vega100g, which is connected to our PRI line.

I’m looking for the best place to troubleshoot this to see where the issue is:
a) FreePBX / Asterisk
b) Vega100g
c) PRI - phone company
