New SIP provider / Can't see DID

Hi guys,

Using FreePBX 12.0.76.2.

I’m testing a new SIP provider.

They’re not very helpful with the FreePBX configuration.

Therefore I used the most basic trunk configuration possible : just filling the blanks left there by FreePBX when creating a new trunk, and the register string is user:pass@host.

Basic trunk configuration worked, I can make outgoing call.

I also see the incoming calls, but my inbound route doesn’t work, just like it wasn’t seeing the DID when the call is incoming.
