I have had 6 new phone delivered to replace Aastra phones.
I am trying to migrate from an old PIAF system to current and have it running in a VM.
The phone shows up in Endpoint Manager. When I try to connect to the IP I get the login prompt, enter admin + 222222 and immediately get “Access Error: Site or Page Not Found / Cannot open URL”.
I am remote but have been told that the phone just shows ‘Initializing’.
We have tried a 2nd phone with the same result.
