Hello Everyone i need help, I am using freepabx on vmware vsphere, Now the problem is that i have to change our previous sip provider, Currently it was working perfectly but we have to add new sip provider and delete previous one. New sip provider had send me setting for inbound and outbound calls, i used previous system method to connect to new sip but i am getting error of the (the number u have dialed is out of service) (all circuits are busy), i am very new pabx does not understand where i am getting wrong. I need to trace logs but dont know how to trace, help is needed.
