Hello everyone,
new freepbx user. I encountered difficulty to configure my sip for my users and post failed authentication or password error. I saw a lot of tutorial on the canvas but seen that the interface has changed am lost.

i configure first user and attibute poste chain sip
i launch x lite and i have this error
post 101 user 101 i dont understain error
maybe ma conf tunk are not good

For extension 102, what do you have in the host field under advanced tab?
Is your xlite client configured to use SIP port 5160 and FreePBX chanSIP to use 5160 as well?

It sounds like you are setting the phone up (in FreePBX) with a specific IP address. If you do this, you do not register the connection, it simply exists. If you want to register the phone, you need to set the FreePBX “host” value to Dynamic to allow registration.
