New install with problems

I am having a couple of problems with Yellow install. First, any time I log in I have to use a built in UN, I have setup an admin UN/PW but it wont accept them on log in. Second, when i dial *77 or VM ext. from my soft phone I get a server error but can’t find the error in the logs, so not sure whats happening here, but a call from the outside is going to VM and is able to record. Third, I can’t log into the voice mail system at all, not even with SU credentials. What do I need to do to fix these issues? What information do you need to help me here?

Here is the only reference the logs have

can i get some help on this?

The word “yellow” hints that you may have installed PBX in a Flash. If you search the PIAF forum you will find that your questions about creating additional admins via the FreePBX Administrators module as well as credentials for accessing the user ARI have been answered there.

If you still have questions, post to the PIAF Forum and include a copy of the output from the ‘status’ command.
