New Hosted FreePBX on VULTR but can not add phones

I have setup a freepbx on vultr and all is good. I also have setup my flowroute sip correctly.

I have 2 new phones and I can not get them to connect.
one is a Sangoma S500 and the other is a Yealink T46G.

I setup a extension and in the phone gui I pointed it to the server ip.

I watched several videos and did everything step by step but still it does not work.

You have provided no information to allow someone to help you. You haven’t stated if your trying to use End Point Manager and what version of FreePBX and EPM and what you have setup in EPM so far.
