Hi,
I have setup a new extension on an existing production version of FreePBX V14. The new extension will not make any internal or outbound calls but will take inbound calls fine. I have tried the extension details on two types of hard phone and both fail in the same way i.e. silence for about 30 seconds and then “network failure” message.
However, from the same environment we can setup the details on a softphone and it works fine.
I can’t explain this behaviour, can anyone help me with why this is happening?
