Needing to dial *2 while on a call

I have a system where a user needs to be able to dial DTMF using *2. When she does the system tries to do a transfer. I’ve gone into the feature codes and disabled the “*2 In-Call Asterisk Attended Transfer” with no help.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oops, I may have spoke too soon. I think I have this fixed now.
