Need to uninstall system recordings and reinstall it again

Can someone lend a hand on this one. I need to unistall system recordings and do a new installation of the same. I’ll appreciate your help.

Thanks.

Hey

He was talking about the sound module under admin module in Freepbx
(I am assuming here, as it would only make sense)

You can do a uninstall and reinstall from the freepbx GUI, he was not talking about the asterisk sounds

A bit ahead of me. Thanks bubba. I loged in to cancel the post, because I found it and it works like a charm. Thanks again.

Trixbox 1.1.1
Asterisk 1.2.11
FreePBX 2.2.0beta1
PAP2T-NA to analog phones

I have a second PAP2T-NA which goes directly to VoicePulse that does
not do the following:

Whenever I try to input a string of numbers such as a bank account
number or a prescription number and the called IVR requests the pound/
hash key to signal completion, the called system does not hear it or
respond to it.

Is this a configuration issue on my end?

Thanks.

Sounds like you are having the “#” interpreted by Asterisk and not
passed on.

Check /etc/asterisk/parking.conf or /etc/asterisk/features.conf

At the bottom of the file you will see the Attendant transfer etc. One
of the keys defined is “#” . Change this to something else, such as "#1"
or “##” , reload asterisk, then re-try the banks IVR.
