Need to know to have dynamic agents show as not ready in a queue

We are using a phone queue and need to know how to have the agents that are logged in the queue go into a “Not Ready” status to eliminate them from getting a phone call with having them log out of the queue totally.

I am using FreePBX with an Asterisk server and I do not see that option. I have tested the Toggle, but it just gives me a busy signal. It is showing as enabled.

That feature is only in FreePBX 2.11 or newer.
