I have setup Ivr for an office where there are roughly around 100 extensions , now I want all those extensions to receive calls from customers through Ivr menu , I don’t want to add all those extensions in one queue because it will only call random numbers but I want the customers to dial the numbers directly from Ivr menu
There is a setting for that… you can even set it to a specific directory if you want to lock it down to specific extensions
